The present general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed via the Website. They prevail over any other stipulation, written or not, made by the customer, in compliance with the rules established for contracts concluded in electronic commerce.

Any order implies full acceptance of these terms of sale subject to any special conditions written by the seller at the time of the order. The acceptance and confirmation of the order are established by entering the data made by the customer on the registration pages; these data appear on a summary screen mentioning an explicit request of the firm commitment of the consumer before accessing the payment platform.

The confirmation of the order made by the customer constitutes the electronic signature of the present general conditions of sale.

The present general conditions of sale may be modified. In this case, the conditions applicable to the contract that the customer will have concluded will be those in force on the Website at the date of his order. The customer declares that he/she has full legal capacity to commit himself/ herself under these general conditions.

These conditions concern only the Customers who are natural persons not traders, and on the French territory and for the customers who exclusively place order by Internet.

For any purchase in store, please refer to the terms of sale of the store where the purchase was made.

The parties agree that their relations will be governed exclusively by this contract, to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the site.

Preamble - Definitions

1.1 "Customer" refers to any user who browses, acquaints himself with, reserves, orders and/or purchases a product or service offered on the site.

1.2 "Product" refers to any product offered on the site. 1.3 "Service" refers to any service offered on the site.

1.3 "Site" refers to the infrastructure developed by the Vendor in accordance with the computer formats usable on the Internet, including data of various kinds, in particular text, sound, still or animated images, videos and databases, intended to be consulted by the Customer to learn about its products and services.

1.5." Internet" refers to different networks of servers located in various places throughout the world, linked together using communication networks, and communicating using a specific protocol known as TCP/IP.

1.6 "order": The order is the manifestation of the Customer's will to respond to an offer that has been made on an Internet site.

Article 2 - Order

Any order supposes the adherence of the Customer without restriction or reserve to the present general conditions of sale.

The Customer has the possibility to place his order online from the online catalog on the present website at www.peaceismyreligion.com

The order can only be registered on the site if the Customer has clearly identified himself by entering his customer code and password, which are strictly personal.

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of products available for sale. The invoice established by the Company PEACE IS MY RELIGION engages it for a maximum period of fifteen days as from its emission unless the company is in the obligation to increase its tariffs for reasons independent of its will (change of tariffing of PEACE IS MY RELIGION or services of the post office, crises, natural disasters).

Any use(s) of promotional code(s) outside the context of the regulation set will be automatically cancelled by the company. It is strictly forbidden to accumulate promotional codes for the same order. The company PEACE IS MY RELIGION reserves the right to accept or to cancel a promotional code if its use is abusive or comes to derogate the fixed rule of the promotion in progress.

Any dispute on this point will intervene within the framework of a possible exchange and guarantees mentioned below.

Article 3 - Delivery time in France and abroad
The necklace being a unique piece manufactured in limited series, the delivery time in Metropolitan France is estimated between 3 and 5 working days.

The delivery time for international deliveries depends on each country. We estimate the time between 8 and 15 working days.

International delivery : Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Spain, United Kingdom (UK), Guernsey, Gibraltar, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Portugal, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Hungary, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Belarus, Cyprus, Algeria, Finland, Georgia, United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan, Antigua and Barbuda, Anguilla, Angola, Argentina, American Samoa, Aruba, Åland Islands, Barbados

This delivery time is based on the date of the order and is presented in working days (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not taken into account in the calculation of the delivery time).

The delivery period shall not exceed thirty days, failing which the customer may not proceed with the sale and have the price paid refunded within a further thirty days.

The geographical area of delivery corresponds to the area covered by the offer.

In the event of refusal of a parcel or in the event of inability to deliver the customer's order for lack of a complete address and in the case of a return parcel, the delivery charge applied to the order will be deducted from the refund, whatever the reason for the refusal, and even if delivery was offered, the amount of the delivery will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

As a reminder: any delay in delivery cannot be the responsibility of the Company PEACE IS MY RELIGION

Article 4 - Right of withdrawal

The customer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal and return the unwanted item. This period runs from the date of receipt of the goods, without any reason to justify or penalties, with the exception of the return costs. These terms and conditions only concern items in good condition, for all other requests please refer to Article 6 - Order cancellation // Article 7 - Receipt of products and Article 8 - Complaints

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must first and within the time limit indicated above, send an unambiguous request for withdrawal by e-mail to the customer service department and clearly express his wish to withdraw.

The customer must return the article in perfect condition within a maximum of 14 days from the date of transmission of the wish to withdraw.

The company PEACE IS MY RELIGION will answer by return e-mail to the customer an acknowledgement of receipt of its retraction.

The necklace being manufactured with the order, it can only be exchanged or refunded in credit. By accepting these general conditions of sale, you also accept to be refunded in credit in case of retraction or that your article is the subject of a standard exchange. The reimbursement in credit will be made upon receipt by the company PEACE IS MY RELIGION of the article in good condition, in its original packaging, within 14 working days of receipt of the return parcel in the conditions named. The price of the delivery applied to the order will be deducted from the refund whatever the reason for the withdrawal and even if the delivery was offered, the amount of the delivery will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

Any item returned damaged and/or out of its original packaging or not meeting the above conditions will not be eligible for a refund in the form of a credit note. An allowance for depreciation will be charged to the customer if the goods have been handled in a manner other than that required by the nature and characteristics of the item. We reserve the right to refuse your return request if it does not fall within our return conditions, whatever the reason.

In the case of a return during a promotional operation such as a sale, "1 bought = 1 free" or "2 items bought = the 3rd offered", "2 products bought, the 3rd at 1 euro" etc., the reimbursement will be made in proportion to the reductions received on the totality of the order, whatever the reduction applied and the minimum amount involved to benefit from this reduction.

In the case of a return during a promotional operation such as "1 purchase = 1 gift" "for every X euros spent, a gift is offered" etc., it is necessary to also return the gift offered in order to be refunded.

Article 5 - Validity of the order

Any user of the site who does not have a customer number must follow a registration procedure to obtain a customer number.

This number is personal. Any loss or omission must be reported to the customer services by e- mail at contact{@}peaceismyreligion.com .

A summary of the order before final validation will be made available to the Customer so that he can check the accuracy of the data entered and so that he can correct any errors made in the entry. In all cases, the online provision of the credit card number and the final validation of the order shall be deemed proof of the completeness of the said order in accordance with the provisions of the law of 13 March 2000 and shall be deemed to be payment of the sums involved in the order.

This validation is worth signature and express acceptance of all the operations carried out on the site.

However, in the event of fraudulent use of his credit card, the customer is invited, as soon as this use is noticed, to contact the customer service at contact{@}peaceismyreligion.com .

The computerized registers, kept in the computer systems of the Seller, will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties.

It is expressly agreed that, except in the event of an obvious error on the part of the Seller, the data stored in the Seller's information system shall have evidential value in respect of orders placed by the Customer.

Data on computer or electronic media constitute valid evidence and as such are admissible under the same conditions and with the same probative force as any document that would be established, received or kept in writing on paper.

The archiving of order forms and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium so as to correspond to a faithful and durable copy in accordance with Article 1348 of the Civil Code.

Article 6 - Order cancellation

Any order is deemed firm and, subject to the provisions of these general conditions of sale, may only be cancelled with the express consent of the Company PEACE IS MY RELIGION and under conditions that will compensate it for any prejudice or damage caused by this cancellation.

Article 7 - Receipt of products

The customer acknowledges having had knowledge of the essential characteristics of the ordered good. If the package is indicated as "delivered" on the Colissimo website but the customer has not received anything, an investigation will be opened. The customer undertakes to inform the Company PEACE IS MY RELIGION by e-mail to the customer service department by accompanying his request with a certificate of honour and a photocopy of his identity card. No refund will be made without these elements.

Any complaint on the apparent defects or on the non conformity of the delivered product, in connection with the order, will have to be explicitly stipulated by e-mail by indicating the number of its order in the 3 days of the reception, accompanied OBVIOUSLY by a photograph of the product in question.

The material, object or product may not be returned without the express agreement of the company PEACE IS MY RELIGION. The return can only concern products that have not been altered in any way and that arrive in their original packaging. See terms and conditions under Article 4 - Right of withdrawal

Article 8 - Complaints

Any complaint must be communicated by e-mail to:contact{@}peaceismyreligion.com within 3 days after the date of receipt of the goods. This request MUST be accompanied by a photo of the product. The Company PEACE IS MY RELIGION reserves the right to refuse late complaints, not putting it in a position to intervene with the manufacturer.

9.1. Prices

The prices are indicated in euros including all taxes. They take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. These prices do not include shipping costs, according to the amount in force.

Any change in the applicable VAT rate may be reflected in the prices of the products. The prices cannot be modified once the Customer's order has been placed. Similarly, if one or more taxes or

contributions, particularly environmental taxes, are created or modified, either upwards or downwards, this change may be reflected in the selling price of the items on the Seller's website and in the sales documents. The prices of the items ordered on the site and the date of the order in question are the authentic prices.

9.2 Payment
The Customer may choose to pay for his purchases :

online when ordering by credit card (Carte Bleue, e-cartebleue, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard)

The prices are guaranteed, within the limits of available stocks.

9.3. Debit

When the Customer places an order, only a credit card imprint is taken.

The payment or debit of the Customer's account is made at the time of validation of the payment. The information is sent to the bank and cannot be cancelled.

In the event of cancellation requested by the customer, the company PEACE IS MY RELIGION will have to refund according to the legal deadline of 20 working days.

As part of the fight against Internet fraud, information relating to the Buyer's Order may be transmitted to any third party authorised by law or designated by PEACE IS MY RELIGION for the sole purpose of verifying the identity of the Buyer, the validity of the Order, the method of payment used and the planned delivery.

All orders are in Euros. PEACE IS MY RELIGION reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel an order of any kind in the event of total or partial non-payment, fraud or attempted fraud.

9.4. Invoicing

The Customer's invoice is issued on the Site as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier. It also serves as a guarantee and is available from the customer account.

Article 10 - Guarantees

The guarantee applies exclusively to defects in conformity, functioning or construction of the products, with regard to the product sheet in the catalogue available on the Website at the time of confirmation of the order. It shall only apply if the equipment has been used normally by the customer.

Damage of external origin such as oxidation following contact with liquids (water, etc.), any abrasive body (perfume, alcohol, deodorant, perspiration), breakage or defects resulting from improper use of the product or use that does not comply with the terms of the guarantee are excluded from the guarantee.

Article 11 - Intellectual property

All elements of the seller's site, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents.

They are the exclusive property of the Company PEACE IS MY RELIGION. The Customer who has a personal website and who wishes to place, for personal use, on his website a simple link directly to the website of the Seller, must request prior written authorisation from the Company PEACE IS MY RELIGION.

In all cases, any unauthorised link must be removed at the request of the Seller.

Any reproduction or representation, even partial, by any means whatsoever, without the prior and express written consent of the Seller is prohibited and illegal. Failure to comply with this prohibition constitutes an infringement that may incur the civil and criminal liability of the infringer.

Article 12 - Confidentiality - security

The Vendor uses all means to ensure the confidentiality and security of data transmitted on the web.

For this purpose, the website uses secure payment modules such as SSL (Secure Socket Layer) provided by the companies FREEPAY, PAYPLUG and PAYPAL.

The Seller implements technical and organizational security measures to protect the data it manages against accidental or intentional manipulation, against the loss or destruction of data, or against access to them by unauthorized persons.

Article 13 - Personal data

In order to offer the Customers adapted Services, the Company PEACE IS MY RELIGION can be brought to ask them to provide personal data to him. Depending on the services to which the Customers subscribe, the Customer will be asked to provide information, some mandatory, others optional.

The Company PEACE IS MY RELIGION undertakes to respect the privacy of its Customers and to protect the information communicated to it. The personal data collected on the Seller's sites are intended for internal use. They are confidential and treated as such, and cannot be the subject of transfer to third parties.

The collection or transmission of personal data to state bodies or administrations is only carried out within the framework of compulsory national legal regulations. The employees and agents are bound by professional secrecy and are obliged to respect the code of ethics of PEACE IS MY RELIGION.

The personal information concerning the Customer is intended for the Seller and may be transmitted to companies belonging to the Company PEACE IS MY RELIGION. If the Customer wishes to oppose this, he must send a letter to the following address: contact{@} peaceismyreligion.com without the {}

Finally, unless the Customer objects, the Seller may transfer data concerning him to its partners.

In accordance with the modified law of January 6, 1978, the Customer has a right of access, of opposition, and of correction of the data concerning him, either directly on Internet, or by mail by writing to the Salesman, with the following address: contact{@}peaceismyreligion.com without the {}

Article 14 - Liability

It is the responsibility of the Customer of the Site to take all appropriate measures to protect its own data and/or software from contamination by any viruses circulating on the Internet.

The Company PEACE IS MY RELIGION shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage, including in particular loss of profits, customers, data, any loss of intangible assets, loss of earnings or any other loss or damage that may arise from the use of the Site or, on the contrary, from the impossibility of accessing the Site, as a result of the Customer's faulty use.

The Site may contain links to other sites not managed and/or published by the Seller.

The Seller has no control over the information, products or services offered by these other sites and cannot be held responsible in any way for the content of such sites.

Article 15 - Duration
The present conditions apply for the entire duration of the services offered by the Seller.

Article 16 - Force majeure

The responsibility of either party may not be sought if the execution of the contract is delayed or prevented due to a case of force majeure or an act of God, due to the other party or a third party or due to external causes such as social conflicts, intervention by civil or military authorities, natural disasters, fires, water damage, interruption of the telecommunications network or the electricity network.

Article 17. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These GTC form the entire agreement between PEACE IS MY RELIGION and the Members, and replace all other agreements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these GTC as well as any disputes arising from them shall be applied, executed and interpreted in accordance with French law.

The Parties agree to submit, in the event of a dispute likely to arise in connection with the interpretation and/or performance of these GTCs or in relation to these GTCs, to a conventional mediation procedure, in particular with the Commission de la médiation de la consommation (C. conso. art. L 534-7) or to any alternative method of dispute resolution (conciliation, for example) in the event of a dispute.

If this mediation procedure fails, the rules of the Code of Civil Procedure will apply.
